Southaven Towne Center is an open-air regional lifestyle center located in Southaven, Mississippi. The shopping center is owned and managed by CBL & Associates, who developed the property and opened it in October 2005. It was reported that upon opening, the Southaven Towne Center was expected to contribute 1000 jobs to the local economy. [1] This facility marks a first for CBL & Associates, it is their first foray into the lifestyle center property type. [2] Southaven Towne Center brought department stores to Southaven for the first time. [3]

Panama City Mall was a single story enclosed shopping mall in Panama City, Florida. Opened in 1976, it featured J. C. Penney, Gayfers, and Sears as its anchor stores. It is owned and managed by Hendon Properties of Atlanta as of September 2013, purchased from CBL & Associates Properties. The mall closed due to Hurricane Michael and received major damages. It will not be reopening. However, a possible redevelopment of the site was proposed in July 2020 for a potential redevelopment for an open-air retail center with a hotel, residential apartments and office space much like Pier Park to the west in Panama City Beach

Tanger Outlets Southaven is an outlet mall in Southaven, Mississippi, just outside Memphis, Tennessee. The mall, located at the intersection of I-55/I-69 and Church Road, began construction in January 2015 and opened in November 2015. Tanger Outlets Southaven is the first outlet mall in the Memphis metro area.

Westridge Court is a large shopping center in Naperville, Illinois that opened in 1990. It features nearly 30 stores, including Buy Buy Baby, Petco, and Bed Bath and Beyond. Prior to the Linens N Things/Savers, Old Navy, and Marshalls, there was a Kmart located on property.
