Uptown Meridian (formerly Bonita Lakes Mall) is an enclosed shopping mall located in Meridian, Mississippi, United States.

History

The mall opened on October 15, 1997, and was owned by CBL & Associates Properties. [2] In 2016, Bonita Lakes Mall was sold to RockStep Capital. [3] Over one hundred shopping venues are located within or outside the mall. Venues include department stores, specialty shops, restaurants, eateries, and a movie theater. [4] Bonita Lakes Mall was renamed Uptown Meridian in 2020. [5]

Oak Hollow Mall was a regional shopping mall which had over 80 working stores. At the time of its closing in 2017, occupancy was down to 11 stores. Most of the former mall building is owned by High Point University. Oak Hollow Mall was located in High Point, North Carolina, United States at the intersection of Eastchester Drive and East Hartley Drive.

Uptown McComb is an enclosed shopping mall located in McComb, Mississippi, United States. The mall is situated at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Veterans Boulevard. The anchor stores are Ross Dress for Less, Aldi, Ashley HomeStore, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, and Belk. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Goody's. The mall currently has over 40 stores and services. A Walmart is located next door and Lowe's is located across the boulevard. <span class="mw-page-title-main">Threefoot Building</span> United States historic place

The Threefoot Building is a historic office building located in downtown Meridian, Mississippi named after the Threefoot family who owned an operated a business in downtown Meridian during the late 19th century and early 20th century. Designed by Claude H. Lindsley and completed in 1929 in the Art Deco style, the 16-story building is still the tallest in the city. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 18, 1979, under the Meridian Multiple Property Submission of buildings contributing to the historic nature of the city's downtown. In 2008 the Threefoot was recognized by the state as a Mississippi Landmark.
