Paal Frisvold (born 5 May 1962) is a Norwegian organizational leader and retired fencer.
He competed in the team épée event at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1] In 2009 he was elected as the new leader of the European Movement in Norway, succeeding Svein Roald Hansen. [2]

Ole Otto Paus, né Ole von Paus, was a Norwegian General, diplomat and NATO official. From 1971 to 1974 he was the Norwegian representative in the NATO military command for Northern Europe, Allied Forces Northern Europe.
