The People's Party is a conservative and Christian-democratic political party in Spain.
The Congress of the Republic of Peru is the unicameral body that assumes legislative power in Peru. Due to broadly interpreted impeachment wording in the Constitution of Peru,the President of Peru can be removed by Congress without cause,effectively making the legislature more powerful than the executive branch. Alberto Núñez Feijóo is a Spanish People's Party politician who serves as Member of the Congress of Deputies and as president of the People's Party. He served as the President of the Autonomous Government of Galicia from 2009 to 2022. Feijóo was appointed government formateur following the 2023 election,however his investiture ultimately failed.

The 20th National Congress of the People's Party,officially the 20th Extraordinary National Congress,was held in Seville from 1 to 2 April 2022,to renovate the leading bodies of the People's Party (PP) and establish the party's main lines of action and strategy for the next leadership term. A primary election to elect the new party president was held on 21 March. The congress was called following the forced ousting of both Pablo Casado as president and Teodoro García Egea as secretary-general in the aftermath of a major crisis that ravaged the party from 16 to 23 February. Juan Manuel García-Gallardo Frings is a Spanish lawyer and politician of the Vox party. He led the party in the 2022 Castilian-Leonese regional election,in which they became the third-biggest group in the Cortes of Castile and León. They formed government with the People's Party (PP) and he became Vice President to the PP leader Alfonso Fernández Mañueco. García-Gallardo resigned from this post in July 2024 due to a dispute with the PP on the subject of immigration,but remained Vox's spokesperson in the Cortes.

The Ley Trans is a 2023 law that permits gender self-identification in Spain. The law allows individuals to change their legal sex,with differing levels of approval required based on their age. People older than 16 years can solicit this change by themselves,while those aged 14 to 16 years may solicit this change only with the approval of their parents. Those aged 12 and 13 may also solicit a legal sex change with judge approval. The law does not allow people to switch to a non-binary gender,which does not exist in Spanish law. However,it does ban efforts to change people's gender expression,sexual orientation or sexual identity through conversion therapy.
Pablo Emérito Cambronero Piqueras is a Spanish politician. He was elected to the Parliament of Andalusia in December 2018 and the Congress of Deputies in April and November 2019. He was elected while representing Citizens,and left the party in March 2021 to sit as an independent.
Maria JoséRodríguez de Millán Parro,better known as Pepa Millán,is a Spanish lawyer,columnist and politician. She is a member of parliament for Madrid and spokesperson for Vox in the Congress of Deputies since July 2023.
