It is a small airport with facilities for chartered flights rather than commercial aircraft. The airport was inaugurated in 1990 to serve the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences during emergency situations. The airport's 1000-metre-long airstrip and terminal building were constructed by L&T ECC. The runway was later extended to enable the operation of larger jet aircraft.

Bola Shareef is a town in municipal committee of Hadali, of Khushab District in Punjab province of Pakistan. It is part of Khushab tehsil. Bola is famous for its waan. The word waan a water well referring to Baoli, built by Sher Shah Suri in the 16th century. He built similar structures on every route his army followed. This Baoli was a source of fresh water not only for humans but it was built in a way that animals as huge as elephants could go down to drink water directly from the well. The people started settling in the area due to availability of fresh water. The "Baoli" is still there, though water wells are no more in use and the condition of the well is deteriorating. Appropriate measures should be taken to preserve the well as a historical monument.

Pir Syed Mustafa Sibghatullah Shah Irani (1900–1986), popularly known as Pir Irani, was a Sufi saint who was the Khalifa of Baba Ji Khawaja Muhammad Qasim of Mohra Sharif. He was taught by Baba Ji Khawaja Muhammad Qasim Sadiq of Mohra Sharif. His father named him Sibghatullah, and his mother liked the name Mustafa. He got the Title "Pir Irani" from his Murshid Baba Ji Khawaja Muhammad Qasim Sadiq of Mohra Sharif. He was born in Iran and belonged to an influential Syed family. His ancestors were associated with Shahanshah Iran dynasty from centuries. After getting basic education, he graduated from the military academy. Reza Shah Pahlavi called him and assigned the job of Assistant to General Auditor. After the war of Ispahan, he became close aide of Reza Shah Pahlavi. His interest in Islam compelled him to look for a guide Murshid or Pir. He got his initial training Sulook from Aaka Shams-ul-Urafa at Tehran, Iran. After one year of his spiritual education Sulook, his master Murshid directed him "Pir Irani" to seek further spiritual education from Hindustan "India". He started his journey towards Hindustan; while traveling, he met with Khizer Al-Khidr who guided him towards Baba Ji Khawaja Muhammad Qasim Sadiq. He got his spiritual Education from 1930 until 1938 at Mohra Sharif. He got khilafat or Ijaza in Sufi orders especially named four Sufi orders i.e. Naqshbandi, Suhrawardiyya, Chishti Order, Qadiriyyah. He was then sent to Sindh, Pakistan to preach others.

Shah Deccan Qutub Kokan Khwaja Pir Hafiz Habib Ali Shah was born in a Sufi family, whose lineage is traced back to Abu Bakr, the first Caliph of Islam, his ancestors were Sufi masters. From Syedna Abu Bakr Siddiq, the forefathers of Pir Khaja Habib Ali Shah حضرت حبئب علی شاہ obtained the spiritual education (Tassawuf/Tariqat) and bestowed with Caliphat from their fathers

All the accused were arrested by police from their separate hideouts.
