Pakistan International Screen Awards, also known as PISA, is an annual award ceremony that honours excellence in Pakistani television, film, fashion, music and digital industry. [2]

History

In 2019, Faisal Khan, the executive producer of the Awards, announced that the first Pakistan International Screen Awards will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena in United Arab Emirates. [3]

He is popularly known as Fazza, the name under which he publishes his poetry, which means "the one who helps" in Arabic. As an equestrian, Maktoum is a multiple world champion at the World Equestrian Games.

Javed Malik is a diplomat, noted media personality and the President of the Diplomat Business Club based in London and Dubai. Malik served as Pakistan's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain between 2015 and 2018, and the Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Trade and Investment between 2013 and 2018. Earlier, Malik also served as Pakistan's Ambassador at Large for Overseas Pakistanis between 2008 and 2011. Na Maloom Afraad, is a 2014 Pakistani action comedy film co-written and directed by Nabeel Qureshi in his directorial debut. It stars Javed Sheikh, Fahad Mustafa, Mohsin Abbas Haider with supporting cast of Urwa Hocane, Kubra Khan and Salman Shahid. The story follows Shakeel (Sheikh), Farhaan (Mustafa) and Moon (Haider), three poor struggling individuals who chase every possible means of becoming rich, all getting into trouble as they struggle to fulfill their desires and ambitions through questionably moral ways.

The 2nd ARY Film Awards or AFA'16 ceremony, presented by the ARY Digital Network and Entertainment Channel, sponsored by Tang and L'Oréal, honored the best Pakistani films of 2015 and took place on 16 April 2016, at the Madinat Jumeirah, in Dubai, UAE, beginning at 7:30 UAE Standard Time. The ceremony was held recorded and televised on 7 May 2016. During the ceremony, the ARY Digital Network and Entertainment Channel presented ARY Film Awards in 28 categories. The ceremony was televised in the Pakistan by ARY Digital, and produced by Salma Iqbal and Jarjees Seja.
