Pal or Pali is in Satara district in the state of Maharashtra, India
Pal is known for its shrine to Khandoba, who is reincarnation of Shiva. It is situated 28 kilometres (17 mi) south of Satara. Thousands of devotees visit the shrine and in January there is an annual yatra, or pilgrimage when Shiva marries Mhalsadevi.

The Khandoba temple is on the left bank of the river Tarli and was built about 500 years ago by a Vani named Aba bin Sheti Padhode.
The temple lies on the site of a legendary appearance by the God Khandoba to a favourite devotee, a milkmaid named Palai in whose honour the village name was changed, from Rajapur to Pal.
Quite a few families make an annual pilgrimage to Pal-Khandoba and Aundh-Yamai-Devi.
The BhimashankarMandir is a Shiva mandir situated in its eponymous village, Bhimashankar, in Pune district of Maharashtra. It is a key pilgrimage centre and contains one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. The Ashtavinayaka Yatra refers to a pilgrimage to the eight Hindu temples in the state of Maharashtra, India, centered around the city of Pune. The eight temples house eight distinct idols of Ganesha, the Hindu deity of unity, prosperity, learning, and removing obstacles. Each of these temples has its own individual legend and history, as distinct from each other as the murtis in each temple. The form of each murti of Ganesha and his trunk are distinct from one another. There are other temples of eight Ganesha in various other parts of Maharashtra; however, the ones around Pune are more well known and visited. To complete the Ashtavinayaka Yatra, one must revisit the first temple after visiting all the eight temples.
Mandhardevi Kalubai temple is near Wai. Located on a hill 4,650 feet above sea level, the temple, some 20 km from Wai, Satara, overlooks the picturesque Pandavgad Fort and Purandar fort. Devotees attribute miraculous properties to a grove around the shrine. Local lore has it that the temple is more than 400 years old but no definite date on the construction is available.

Khandoba, also known as Martanda Bhairava,, Malhari,Mylaralinga,Bandarada Odeya and Malhar, is a Hindu deity worshiped as a manifestation of Shiva mainly in the Deccan plateau of India, especially in the state of Maharashtra and North Karnataka. He is depicted either in the form of a linga, or as an image of a warrior riding on a bull or a horse. The foremost centre of Khandoba worship is the temple of Jejuri in Maharashtra. The legends of Khandoba, found in the text Malhari Mahatmya and also narrated in folk songs, revolve around his victory over demons Mani-malla and his marriages.

Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple popularly known as Komrelly Mallanna Temple is a Hindu temple located on a hill in Komuravelli village of Siddipet district in Telangana state, India. It is located near Siddipet on SH–1 Rajiv Rahadari. The primary deity is Mallanna or Mallikarjuna Swamy, a form of Shiva. The deity is also called as Khandoba by the Maharashtrian people. The temple is located about 85 kilometers from Hyderabad. In the year 2024, an infrastructure push by the state government laid the Foundation stone for the Komuravelli railway station to ensure easy access to the temple. The station is part of the Kothapalli–Manoharabad line.
