Panagiotis Tarinidis (born 1994) is a French classic powerlifter competing in -66 kg category. [2] Tarinidis is two time world champion and two time European champion. [3] [4]

At the 2023 International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) World Classic Powerlifting Championships, Tarinidis scored his second career IPF Open World title by squatting 247.5 kg, and completing an all-time raw bench press of 172.5 kg, finishing the day with a deadlift of 285 kg. [5] In June of the same year, Tarinidis became champion at the 2023 IPF World Classic Open Powerlifting Championships. [6] [7]

Strength Sports Australia, previously known as the Australian Powerlifting Union or APU, is the Australian national World Drug-Free Powerlifting Federation affiliate. The APU was the Australian national International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) affiliate for the sport of Powerlifting between the years of 2018 and 2023. Formed in 2018 after Powerlifting Australia was removed from the IPF after Robert Wilks was not re-elected to the IPF Executive Committee, the APU hosted local-, state-, national- and international-level competitions under the IPF ruleset and banner.

Dariusz Wszoła is a Polish powerlifter. Wszoła has won 3 gold medals at the world championships and 12 gold medals at the European championships in the IPF. In total he won 38 medals of any colour at classic or equipped powerlifting senior championships. In addition he has got a plenty of medals from World and European Bench Press Championships. He also took part in 4 editions of the World Games and won bronze medal at the 2005 World Games.

Kjell Egil Bakkelund is a Norwegian powerlifter. Bakkelund has won 5 gold medals at the world championships and 7 gold medals at the European championships in the IPF. He is also two time World Games medallist, winning a gold medal at the 2022 World Games in Birmingham and silver medal in 2013 World Games in Cali.

Jezza Uepa is a Nauruan powerlifter. Uepa has won gold medal at the 2019 World Classic Powerlifting Championships in 120+ category. In his collection from world championships he has got also two silver and one bronze medal. He also won a bronze medal at the 2011 Pacific Games in 120+ kg category. Following the 2019 World Powerlifting Championship in Sweden, Uepa was crowned as the World's Strongest Man. In 2023, Uepa has squated 470 kg at Brisbane Open. Siim Rast is an Estonian classic powerlifter. Rast is two time European champion in 120+ kg category. He also won one silver and one bronze medal at the World classic (raw) championships in the IPF.

Eddie Berglund is a Swedish powerlifter. Berglund has won gold medal at the 2022 world classic championships and 3 gold medals at the European classic (raw) championships in the IPF.

Hassan El Belghiti is a French powerlifter. El Belghiti is one time world champion and eight times European champion. In total he won 30 medals of any colour at both world & European championships. He also took part in 5 editions of The World Games winning silver in 2017 and two bronzes in 2009 and 2022.
