Paola Ramos Ydora (born 20 April 1975), [1] more commonly known as Paola Ramos, is a Peruvian former volleyball player. Ramos was part of the Peruvian women's national volleyball team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where she finished in eleventh place. [2] [1] [3]

As well as competing at the Olympics, he won medals with the Cuban team at the Pan American Games, including a bronze medal in 1967, and gold medals in 1971 and 1975. He was the captain of the Cuban team in the early 1970s.
