The Paraguay women's national volleyball team represents Paraguay in international volleyball competitions. In the 1960s the squad twice won a medal (silver and bronze) at the South American Championship. Paraguay also participated in the 1982 FIVB Women's World Championship in Lima, Peru.

Pittsburgh Panthers womens volleyball

Pittsburgh Panthers women's volleyball is the NCAA Division I intercollegiate volleyball program of the University of Pittsburgh, often referred to as "Pitt", located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Pitt volleyball team competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and plays their home games in Fitzgerald Field House. Since the founding of the volleyball program in 1974, the Panthers have had a winning season all but four years, have one of the nation's top all-time winning percentages, have appearanced in 19 national championship tournaments, and have won 14 conference championships including eleven as a member of the Big East Conference and three since joining the ACC.

NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship

The NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship is an NCAA-sanctioned tournament to determine the national champions of collegiate women's beach volleyball. It is a National Collegiate Championship featuring teams from Division I, Division II and Division III, and is the 90th, and newest, NCAA championship event. It was the first new NCAA championship to be created since the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championship in 2012, and the first for women since the NCAA Bowling Championship in 2004.

The 2015 Women's South American Volleyball Championship was the 31st edition of the Women's South American Volleyball Championship held in Cartagena, Colombia and organised by South America's governing volleyball body, the Confederación Sudamericana de Voleibol (CSV). Brazil won its 19th title with Gabriela Guimarães being elected Most Valuable Player.

The FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship is an international volleyball competition contested by the senior women's national teams of the members of Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. The initial gap between championships was variable, but since 1970 they have been awarded every four years. The current champions are the Serbia, which won their first title at the 2018 tournament in Japan.
