Pascal Tigri

Pascal Tigri is a Beninese military officer (Lieutenant Colonel) who led the failed coup attempt against president Patrice Talon on 7 December 2025. [1] He served as President of the Military Committee for Refoundation, [2] [3] a short-lived military junta which only controlled some areas and government institutions in Cotonou for some hours. [4]
