Pashtraj is a village in the former municipality of Lumas in Berat County, Albania. [1] At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Kuçovë. [2]
Municipalities are the first-level administrative divisions of Albania. Prior to 2015, there were two types of municipalities in Albania: municipalities with an urban character called bashki, and municipalities with a rural character called komunë (commune). Lumas is a village and a former municipality in Berat County, central Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Kuçovë. The population at the 2011 census was 3,981.

After the government announcement the municipality was established on 19 September 2015 by merging the existing Maharanijhoda, Baigundhura, Juropani, Kohabara and Gauradaha village development committees (VDCs). The center of the municipality is establish in the mid of Gauradaha, Dhobiniya chowk. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census after merging the four VDCs population it had a total population of 47,393 persons. After the government decision the number of municipalities has reached 217 in Nepal.
