Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB) is the primary television, radio and digital public broadcasting network for most of the U.S. state of Oregon as well as southern Washington. OPB consists of five full-power television stations, dozens of VHF or UHF translators, and over 20 radio stations and frequencies. It also streams its programming on the Internet. Broadcasts include local and regional programming as well as television programs from the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and American Public Television (APT), and radio programs from National Public Radio (NPR), American Public Media (APM), Public Radio Exchange (PRX), and the BBC World Service, among other distributors. Its headquarters and television studios are located in Portland, Oregon.
KING-TV is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside Everett-licensed independent station KONG. The two stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle; KING-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood.

Almost Live! is an American sketch comedy television series produced and broadcast by NBC affiliate KING-TV from 1984 to 1999 in Seattle, Washington. A repackaged version of the show also aired on Comedy Central from 1992 to 1993, and episodes aired on WGRZ-TV and other Gannett-owned stations in the late 1990s. The show was broadcast in Seattle on Saturday nights at 11:30, pushing Saturday Night Live back to midnight, while other Gannett stations aired it after Saturday Night Live.
Lars Kristopher Larson is an American conservative talk radio show host based in Portland, Oregon. Larson worked in television and radio news from the 1970s to 1990s and has hosted The Lars Larson Show from flagship station KXL in Portland since 1997. Two versions of the show exist: the Northwest show airs from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Pacific) and discussing Pacific Northwest issues. The Northwest show is syndicated on the Radio Northwest Network which is owned and operated by Alpha Media. The nationally syndicated program airs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Pacific) and discusses national issues. The national show is syndicated by Compass Media Networks.

Pacific Northwest Wrestling (PNW) is the common name used to refer to several different professional wrestling companies, both past and present, based in Portland, Oregon, United States. The first such company was founded by Herb Owen in 1925. It was the Northwest territory of the National Wrestling Alliance from the Alliance's inception in 1948 until 1992. The area was brought to its prime by Herb's son, Don Owen, and this version of Pacific Northwest Wrestling saw many of the top names in pro wrestling come through on a regular basis. The Pacific Northwest was considered one of the main pro wrestling territories from the 1960s to the 1980s.

Christopher Andrew Cashman is an American comedian, voice actor, and Northwest Regional Emmy winner. He is the son of Seattle comic Pat Cashman.
Billy Quan was a fictional television character who originated in the Seattle TV comedy series Almost Live! in the 1990s. Quan was featured in a series of recurring skits called Mind Your Manners with Billy Quan, intended as parodies of the films of martial arts star and former Seattle resident Bruce Lee.
Tim Joyce is an American meteorologist and newscaster on Chicago's WGN-TV. He was formerly at KCPQ in Seattle. He also presented weather and traffic for the Portland, Oregon-based station KRCW (NW32) on the "Portland's Morning News" program, which is part of the nationally-broadcast "Eye Opener" morning program. Previously, he worked at several other television stations, including nine years in the Eugene, Oregon, area and almost seven at the CBS affiliate KOIN, in Portland. Tim Joyce was one of the few openly gay television personalities on-air in the Pacific Northwest.
The (206) was a local sketch comedy television show in Seattle, Washington, broadcast by NBC affiliate KING-TV, that premiered on January 6, 2013. The show is broadcast on Sunday at 1:00 AM (Pacific), following Saturday Night Live. It was the successor to Almost Live! and much of the comedy is related to Seattle events and culture.
Up Late NW is a sketch comedy and variety television series which premiered on September 19, 2015. The show is broadcast on Saturday nights across the Pacific Northwest; in Seattle on KING-TV at 1:05 AM (Pacific) following Saturday Night Live, and at 11:30 PM in Portland, Oregon on KOIN-TV; in Spokane, Washington on KREM; in Eugene, Oregon on KEVU-CD; and in Medford, Oregon on KDRV.
