Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, formerly Irish Life and Permanent plc is a provider of personal financial services in Ireland. Irish Life Assurance plc and the Irish Permanent Building Society merged to form the Irish Life and Permanent Group in 1999 and the merged entity acquired the Trustee Savings Bank in 2001. The group has no connection to the UK's TSB Bank.

He resigned his Fianna Fáil membership in November 2022, amid claims he had bullied colleagues.
Shane Peter Nathaniel Ross is an Irish former Independent politician who served as Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport from May 2016 to June 2020. He was a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin Rathdown constituency from 2016 to 2020, and previously from 2011 to 2016 for the Dublin South constituency. He was a member of Seanad Éireann for the Dublin University from 1981 to 2011, until his election to Dáil Éireann at the 2011 general election.

Seán FitzPatrick was an Irish banker who was chief executive and then chairman of Anglo Irish Bank, until he resigned in December 2008 amid mounting revelations over hidden loans. The scandal precipitated a collapse of the bank's share price which in turn led to its nationalisation on 21 January 2009. He was declared bankrupt in 2010. He was later prosecuted but acquitted of any criminal offence in relation to his role in the banking crisis.
Ajaypal Singh Banga is an Indian-born American business executive. He is currently the President of the World Bank Group. He was vice chairman at General Atlantic, and was before that executive chairman of Mastercard, after having previously served as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company from July 2010 until December 31, 2020. He retired from this position on December 31, 2021, to join General Atlantic. He is also the chairman of Netherlands-based investment holding company Exor and chairman of the public-private Partnership for Central America with U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris.
The Banking and Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI) is the main representative body for the banking and financial services sector in Ireland. The BPFI was formed in 2014 from the merger of the Irish Payment Services Organisation with the Irish Banking Federation (IBF). Its predecessor, the Irish Banking Federation, was founded in 1973 upon Ireland's accession to the European Communities. The IBF in turn succeeded the Irish Banks Standing Committee established upon independence in 1922.

She previously served as Chair of the Committee on Communications, Climate Action and the Environment from 2016 to 2020 and Mayor of Galway from 2011 to 2012. She also served as a Senator from 2013 to 2016, after being nominated by the Taoiseach.
Sergio Pietro Ermotti is a Swiss manager and investment banker. In April 2021, Ermotti was elected Chairman of Swiss Re, one of the world's largest reinsurance companies, succeeding Walter Kielholz. He was the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UBS Group AG from November 2011 to October 2020 and regained that position in 2023.
Herman Kizito Kasekende is a Ugandan businessman, economist, and bank executive. He is the managing director and chief executive officer of Stanchart Zambia, effective February 2017. Prior to that, from 22 July 2012 until 20 February 2017, he was the managing director and chief executive officer of Stanchart Uganda, the second-largest commercial bank in the country by assets, which totaled nearly US$965 million in December 2012.
On 5 August, the day of the 2016 Summer Olympics opening ceremony, police in Rio de Janeiro arrested two people for attempted illegal resale of hundreds of tickets allocated to the Olympic Council of Ireland (OCI). The scandal precipitated the dramatic arrest of OCI president Pat Hickey, while in a hotel room assigned to his son. Hickey immediately resigned, as well as relinquishing his membership of the International Olympic Committee, his role as president of the European Olympic Committees and his role as vice-president of the Association of National Olympic Committees.
Christian Sewing is a German banker who currently serves as the CEO of Deutsche Bank. He has been a member of the management board since 1 January 2015. On 8 April 2018 he was appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Deutsche Bank.
