The Patriot League women's soccer tournament is the conference championship tournament in college soccer for the Patriot League. The tournament has been held every year since 1991. It is a single-elimination tournament with seeding based on conference records and the regular-season champion hosting the semifinal and final matches. The field expanded from four to six teams when the league increased membership from eight to ten universities in 2013. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I women's soccer championship.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks men's lacrosse team represents Lehigh University in NCAA Division I college lacrosse. The Mountain Hawks play their home games at Frank Banko Field, which is part of a complex that also includes Lehigh's soccer and field hockey venues. Will Scudder is the program's current head coach since June 19, 2023.

From 1982 until 1990, the team was a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). The Black Knights are currently led by head coach Jen Consaul. The team plays its home games at Army Softball Complex located on the university's campus.

The 2018 Patriot League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Patriot League held from October 30 through November 4, 2018. The quarterfinals of the tournament will be held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Nickerson Field in Boston, Massachusetts. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Bucknell Bison, however they were unable to defend their crown, losing to Lehigh 2–1 in the first round. The tournament was won by the Boston University Terriers, who were the #1 seed and defeated Lehigh 1–0 in the final. The conference championship was the fourth for the Boston University women's soccer program, all of which have come under coach Nancy Feldman.

The tournament was held at campus sites, with the higher seeded team hosting. They were unable to defend their crown, as they lost to Colgate in the Quarterfinals. The top seeded Boston University Terriers would go on to claim the title, defeating Lafayette in the final, 1–0. The conference championship was the first for the Boston University men's soccer program, and the first for head coach Kevin Nylen. As tournament champions, Boston University earned the Patriot League's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
