Palladin was a member of the punk duo Snatch, together with Judy Nylon in the mid 1970s, [1] and she co-wrote the track "Trial by Fire" that appeared on the 1982 Judy Nylon album Pal Judy (with her backing band Crucial). Snatch was included in the expanded version of the influential Nurse with Wound list released as part of the artwork for the 1980 Nurse with Wound album To the Quiet Men from a Tiny Girl. [2] Snatch recorded the song "R.A.F." with Brian Eno, which was released on the 1982 EG Records compilation album First Edition and included audio samples from a Red Army Faction ransom message. [3]
Palladin also worked extensively with Johnny Thunders of the Heartbreakers, the former lead guitarist for New York Dolls. [4] Palladin appeared on Thunders' 1978 debut solo album So Alone and his 1985 album Que Sera Sera , and in 1988 they together released the album Copy Cats on Jungle Records. [5] She and Thunders also recorded a 1984 cover of Fred Wise and Ben Weisman's "Crawfish" for Swamplands Records, the label started by Alan Horne after the dissolution of his original Postcard Records.
Palladin became a member of the Flying Lizards around 1980 and recorded the 1981 album Fourth Wall with them.
Palladin's "The Nuns New Clothes" appeared on 1983's The Batcave: Young Limbs And Numb Hymns on the London Records label.
Palladin had a personal relationship with Steve New (of Rich Kids and Gen X), who once assaulted David Bowie after Bowie showed a romantic interest in her. [6] She was married to photographer Peter 'Kodik' Gravelle in the 1970s. [7]

Smith has fused rock and poetry in her work. NME's Paul Tickell described her LP Pal Judy (1982), coproduced by Nylon and Adrian Sherwood, as "a classic rainy day bit of sound and song to drift away to."

Jayne County is an American singer, songwriter, actress and record producer whose career has spanned six decades. Under the name Wayne County, she was the vocalist of influential proto-punk band Wayne County & the Electric Chairs who became known for their campy and foul-mouthed ballads, glam punk inspired songs, and image which was heavily influenced by Jackie Curtis and the Theatre of the Ridiculous. County in particular was known for her outrageous and unpredictable stage antics as well as possessing a distinctive singing voice. She went on to become rock's first openly transgender singer, and adopted the stage name Jayne County.
So Alone is the debut solo studio album by Johnny Thunders, then leader of the Heartbreakers and formerly lead guitarist for New York Dolls. The album was released on 6 October 1978 and was produced by Thunders and Steve Lillywhite. So Alone was preceded by the singles "Dead or Alive" and "You Can't Put Your Arms Round A Memory", the former originally being omitted from the album and later included as a bonus track on the 1992 reissue. The album featured Heartbreakers-members Walter Lure and Billy Rath, as well as several guest musicians, including Phil Lynott, Steve Marriott, Paul Gray, Peter Perrett, Steve Jones, Paul Cook, Mike Kellie, Patti Palladin, and Chrissie Hynde.
HenryPadovani is a French musician noted for being the original guitarist of English rock band The Police. He was a member of the band from January 1977 to August 1977 and was replaced by Andy Summers, who had originally been part of the band as a second guitarist. Following his departure from the band, Padovani was handed the rhythm guitar spot with Wayne County & the Electric Chairs, before forming his own band, The Flying Padovanis.

Copy Cats is an album by the American musicians Johnny Thunders and Patti Palladin. It is a set of rock and roll oldies, originally recorded from 1954 to 1969. It was named after being a set of cover versions and as the title of a Gary U.S. Bonds song, "Copycat", which was recorded for the album but not released. Thunders was inspired by John Lennon's Rock 'n' Roll.
Que Sera Sera is the fourth studio album by Johnny Thunders, former lead guitarist of the New York Dolls and The Heartbreakers, released in December 1985. Unlike previous efforts So Alone and In Cold Blood, only one song on the album features members of his former bands, and relies largely on the reggae-influenced rhythm section of session musicians Keith George Yon and Tony St. Helene, nicknamed the Black Cats, and also features contributions from Dr. Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson, long-term collaborator Patti Palladin, and members of Hanoi Rocks.
