Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg, known professionally as Jean-Claude Van Damme, is a martial artist, actor, filmmaker, and fight choreographer. Born and raised in Brussels, Belgium, at the age of ten his father enrolled in martial arts classes, which led Van Damme in several competitions. With the desire of becoming an actor, he moved to the United States in 1982, where he did odd jobs and worked on several films, until he got his break as the lead in the martial arts film Bloodsport (1988).
Bloodsport is a 1988 American martial arts action film directed by Newt Arnold and starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Leah Ayres, Forest Whitaker, Donald Gibb, Roy Chiao, and Bolo Yeung. The film centers on Frank Dux, a United States Army Captain and ninjitsu practitioner, who competes in an underground, full-contact martial arts tournament called the Kumite in Hong Kong. It was one of Van Damme's first starring films and showcased his athletic abilities, launching his career as a mainstream action star.
The music of the video game Final Fantasy X was composed by regular series composer Nobuo Uematsu, along with Masashi Hamauzu and Junya Nakano. It was the first title in the main Final Fantasy series in which Uematsu was not the sole composer. Piano Collections Final Fantasy X, a collection of piano arrangements of the original soundtracks by Masashi Hamauzu and performed by Aki Kuroda, was released by DigiCube in 2002 and re-released by Square EA in 2004. A collection of vocal arrangements of pieces from the game arranged by Katsumi Suyama along with radio drama tracks was released as Final Fantasy X Vocal Collection in 2002 by DigiCube.

24: The Soundtrack, released on December 7, 2004 in the US, is based on the Fox television drama series 24, contains nineteen tracks of music composed exclusively for the first three seasons by producer Sean Callery, including the show's full theme song which has never been aired. The music contained in the soundtrack is somewhat of a hybrid mix of electronic pulses and rich orchestral textures that is meant to give each episode its own sound, yet at the same time have a sound that is consistent with the rest of the series in a way that complements the show's "real-time" format. The insert of the album contains various photographs from the three seasons and also includes Callery's comments about how he went about producing each track. The liner notes also list which specific episode each track comes from. The album was released by Varèse Sarabande and Fox Music in the US, Virgin TV in the UK, and EMI in Japan.
Let's Dance is the third studio album by Australian pop singer, Nikki Webster, released on 21 June 2004 by BMG/Gotham Records. It is an album which found Webster working with a different style of music, a range of dance music was added. It peaked at number forty-six on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Final Fantasy X-2 Piano Collection, a collection of piano arrangements of the original soundtracks by Noriko Matsueda, Takahito Eguchi, Hiroko Kokubu, Masahiro Sayama, and Febian Reza Pane, was released by Avex in 2004.
Paul Delph was a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, producer, engineer, and studio musician whose catalog includes work with many well-known recording artists from the late 1970s through the mid-1990s. Delph died from complications of HIV/AIDS at his parents' home in Cincinnati, Ohio. His ashes are interred at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. A panel in Delph's name is part of the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt.
A.I. Artificial Intelligence - Music from the Motion Picture is the film score of the 2001 film of the same name, composed and conducted by John Williams. The original score was composed by Williams and featured singers Lara Fabian on two songs and Josh Groban on one. Soprano Barbara Bonney provided the vocal solos in several tracks.
The Transformers The Movie: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is the 1986 soundtrack from the motion picture The Transformers: The Movie. It was released in the United States by Scotti Bros. Records on LP and cassette. It was released in Japan by Pony Canyon on CD in 1989. In 1992, Scotti Bros. released the album on CD in the US. By 1999, it was subsequently re-issued by eventual successor company Volcano Entertainment, and was re-released in 2007 with updated cover art and 4 bonus tracks.

The soundtrack to SpaceCamp is a release of the film's musical score by John Williams, first released on 45 and LP in 1986, and reissued on CD in 1992 and again in 2010. Although originally released on LP in the United States in 1986 by RCA Victor, it was withdrawn from the market because of the film’s unintentional similarities to the Challenger accident that had happened the same year. RCA Records’ German LP release and Japanese 45 release were not likewise affected. A limited Japanese printing of 1000 CDs was re-released in 1992, and the Intrada Special Collection limited a CD printing to 3000 copies in 2010. Intrada Records released a 2-disk remastered and expanded soundtrack in May 2022, containing both the complete score from the film and the original soundtrack album.

The Last Kumite is an upcoming German-American martial arts film directed by Ross W. Clarkson, starring Mathis Landwehr and Matthias Hues. It is a revival of underground fighting programmers of the 1980s and early 1990s, such as those released by Cannon Films, Seasonal Films and Imperial Entertainment. Much of the film's supporting cast and some of its creative personnel have ties to that era, including veteran performers Cynthia Rothrock, Billy Blanks, Kurt McKinney, and brothers Mohammed "Michel" Qissi and Abdel Qissi. The story follows a martial artist who is forced to take part in an illegal fighting tournament after his daughter is kidnapped by criminal figures.
