Paul Rutman is a British writer and producer best known for the historical Channel 4 drama Indian Summers and multiple episodes of the ITV crime drama Vera . [1] It was announced in June 2022 that Apple TV+ had ordered his crime series Criminal Record, which had begun production in London, with Peter Capaldi and Cush Jumbo starring. [2] [3] Additional casting was revealed in August 2022. [4] It premiered on 10 January 2024.

Criminal Justice is a British television drama series produced by the BBC and first shown in 2008. Written by Peter Moffat, each five-episode series follows the journey of an individual through the justice system and was first broadcast over five successive nights on BBC One.
