Pink is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language social thriller film directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, written by Ritesh Shah, and produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms, Sheel Kumar and Shoojit Sircar. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Tariang, Angad Bedi, Tushar Pandey, Piyush Mishra, and Dhritiman Chatterjee. It was released on 16 September 2016. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) granted the film a U/A certificate with four verbal cuts. The film received widespread critical acclaim, and garnered the National Film Award for Best Film on Other Social Issues.

It started airing Mondays through Saturdays in early 2014, and was broadcast daily beginning in mid-2015. The drama is set in Rajkot and filmed in Mumbai.
Sasural Simar Ka is an Indian soap opera that was aired on Colors TV. The show premiered on 25 April 2011, produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. It starred Dipika Kakkar, Avika Gor, Shoaib Ibrahim, Manish Raisinghani, Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Vaishali Takkar, Siddharth Shivpuri, Varun Sharma, Nikki Sharma, Monica Sharma, Krissann Barretto, Rohan Mehra and Mazher Sayed. The show ended on 2 March 2018, completing 2,063 episodes.
