Payin' the Dues is the second album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters and their last studio album to feature original guitarist Dregen before his departure from the band to focus full-time on his other band Backyard Babies. The album was released simultaneously on both CD and on vinyl; however, "City Slang" was only available on the vinyl edition. The initial pressings were in 2000 units of clear smoke and 2,500 units in purple vinyl. Two additional pressings were later available in two different versions of black vinyl. The Toy's Factory release also featured the bonus track "Oh Yeah Alright".

Prior to the release of Payin' the Dues, The Hellacopters hosted a release party for the album on 21 September, 1997. [4] The album was released on 1 October, 1997, on White Jazz Records where it was released on vinyl and compact disc. [5] [6] The first vinyl released was limited to 2000 copies on clear smokey vinyl while the second was limited to 2500 on purple vinyl. [6] The album was released to positive reviews from critics. The band toured Scandinavia in support of the album with shows in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and Turpentines as opening act. [4]

Sub Pop re-released the album in the United States on 19 October, 1999, with an additional disc of bonus live tracks, while the vinyl release included the additional track "City Slang". [5] [7] [8] The live tracks were recorded at The Starfish Room in Vancouver on 28 May, 1999, and featured Scott Morgan as a special guest.

From the Screen to Your Stereo is an EP by New Found Glory released on 28 March 2000 by Drive-Thru Records. All the tracks are covers of songs from motion picture soundtracks. The album was pressed on 10" vinyl and released in three different colors: light marble blue, marble red, and white. The vinyl pressing featured a bonus track. In 2002, the album was released on a non-US split with the Japanese band Nicotine entitled Movie Addiction, on which Nicotine also covered songs from movies. In 2007 the band released a follow-up, this time a full-length album titled From the Screen to Your Stereo Part II.

Dregen is a Swedish musician best known as the guitarist of The Hellacopters, as well as Backyard Babies. As of March 2014, Dregen has also served as the newest member of Michael Monroe's solo band, replacing Ginger as guitarist. He was formerly married to fellow Swedish singer Pernilla Andersson, who is also the mother of their first child, a son named Sixten. The couple officially announced their separation on 1 June 2015.

Andersson had been the drummer for death metal band Entombed and Dregen was taking a break from his full-time band Backyard Babies. Dregen and Eriksson had been roadies for Entombed, while Håkansson was a childhood friend of Andersson's. The Hellacopters were initially conceived as a side project for Andersson and Dregen, but it eventually became the main songwriting and performance vehicle for Andersson. The band, together with The Hives, is considered one of the most important Swedish bands in the garage rock revival and one of the most influential rock bands in Sweden.

High Visibility is an album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters and the first studio album to feature the new guitarist Robert Dahlqvist. The album was released on both CD and vinyl; the first vinyl release featured the music on three sides and an etching of the band's logo on the fourth, the second was a 2×180g issue but without the etching. Both versions also contained the bonus track "No Dogs". There was also a limited edition from Gearhead Records on red vinyl without the bonus track. Grande Rock is the third album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters. Due to the departure of original guitarist Dregen, pianist Anders Lindström stepped in to record guitars under the pseudonym Boba Lee Fett. The record was released both on CD and on vinyl, the vinyl version was available in seven different colors depending on which country it was sold in. The Japanese release also contains the bonus tracks "Only Got The Shakes" and "Keepin' On". The Shock CD version contains "Makes It Alright", "Heart of the Matter" and "Holiday Cramp" as bonus tracks as well as two music videos on an additional CD-ROM.

<i>By the Grace of God</i> (album) 2002 studio album by The Hellacopters

By the Grace of God is the fifth album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters. The CD version of the album came in three different combinations of the red, white and black cloud and lightning design. The design would become a trademark for the band and was used on backdrops, merchandise, different record covers and in music videos. The LP version released in Sweden had a black cover and vinyl while the European version had a white cover and vinyl. Limited edition versions of the album in Japan and America also featured "Red Lights" and the Rory Gallagher song "Big Gun" as bonus tracks. Another special American version also featured an embossed logo, a fold-up digi pack and a patch.

Rock & Roll Is Dead is the sixth studio album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters. The first edition of the CD came with a 25-minute bonus DVD entitled Poking at the Stiff and chronicled the second of the two weeks of recording the album. The vinyl release had seven different colors of the vinyl: brown, green, white, clear, orange, red and black. There was also picture disc from Sacred Heart Recordings available in a limited run of 200 units with the inner sleeve artwork printed on the vinyl and the songs "It Might Mean Something To You" and "Positively So Naive" as bonus tracks.

Planet of Ice is the third full-length album from Minus the Bear, released in the UK on August 20, 2007 and in the US on August 21 by Suicide Squeeze Records. It was produced and recorded by the band's former keyboard player, Matt Bayles, in February and March 2007. Head Off is the seventh album released by the Swedish rock band The Hellacopters. The album consists of cover songs from acts that the band felt that everyone should know about and listen to. The 2,500 units of the vinyl release all come with a poster, an additional 1,500 units were later pressed which also contained the poster. A special CD box was also available in a limited run of 6,000 copies worldwide and consists of a special CD that contains all of the music on one side that can be played as a regular CD, on the other side the bonus track "Straight Until Morning" and a special pin and patch.
