Pekka Vehkonen (born 27 May 1964 in Helsinki) is a Finnish former professional motocross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1982 to 1993. Vehkonen is notable for winning the 1984 FIM 125cc motocross world championship.
Vehkonen won the Finnish 125cc national championship in 1980. He moved up the world championships in 1982 and in 1985, he won the FIM world championship in the 125cc class, while riding for the Cagiva factory racing team. Vehkonen moved up to the 250cc world championship where he finished in second place for four years in succession between 1987 and 1990. [1] Vehkonen retired from competition in 1993. He is the nephew of former professional motocross racer, Kalevi Vehkonen.
Stefan Everts is a Belgian former professional motocross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1988 to 2006. Everts is notable for winning a record 10 FIM motocross world championships and 101 motocross Grand Prix race victories, making him the most successful world championship motocross racer in history.

Sébastien Tortelli is a French former professional motocross and supercross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1994 to 1998 and, competed in the AMA Motocross Championships from 1999 to 2005. He returned to Europe to compete in the 2006 FIM Motocross World Championship for his final season of professional motocross. Tortelli is notable for winning two FIM motocross world championships. He was one of the few competitors who could beat both Stefan Everts and Ricky Carmichael in their prime.
Greg Albertyn is a South African former professional motocross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1988 to 1994 and in the AMA Motocross Championships from 1995 to 2000. Albertyn is notable for being the first South African competitor to win an FIM motocross world championship. He won three FIM world championships and one American national championship during his racing career. He is now a real estate developer in Riverside, California, United States.

His 39 career Grand Prix victories ranks him fifth overall among motocross world championship competitors. In 2011, Geboers was named an FIM Legend for his motorcycling achievements. Geboers died in a drowning accident in 2018.

Born in Epse, Netherlands, Tragter was one of the top competitors in the 125cc motocross world championships in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He finished third in the 125 world championship in 1988, 1991, 1992 and 1994. In 1993, Tragter won the 125 world championship while riding for the Sylvain Geboers-Suzuki racing team. He was also successful in motorcycle enduro, competing for the Dutch team in the International Six Days Enduro in 2005.
