Penisimani Angelo Fonua Siolaa (born 23 April 1994) is a Tongan male weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category and representing Tonga at international competitions. He participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 69 kg event. [1]

Weightlifting is one of the sports at the quadrennial Commonwealth Games competition. It has been a Commonwealth Games sport since 1950. It is a core sport and must be included in the sporting programme of each edition of the Games.
The 8th Oceania Swimming Championships were held 21–26 June 2010, at the Tuanaimato Aquatic Centre in Apia, Samoa. It was the eight edition of the biennial championships, and featured competition in swimming, open water swimming and synchronized swimming. The open water events were swum in the waters off Faleasiu.
Katulu Ravi Kumar is an Indian weightlifter from Odisha. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, he won a gold medal in the Men's 69 kg (152 lb) weightlifting category.
Dorothy Yeats is a Canadian wrestler and Commonwealth Games champion. She won gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Tonga participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom, which were held from 27 July to 12 August 2012. The country's participation in London marked its eighth appearance in the Summer Olympics since its debut at the 1984 Summer Olympics. The delegation included three competitors: two in athletics, Joseph Andy Lui and ʻAna Poʻuhila, along with one short distance swimmer Amini Fonua. The latter entry was Tonga's first appearance in Olympic swimming competition. Lui and Fonua qualified through wildcard places while Po'uhila made the games by meeting qualification standards. Fonua was selected as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Lui held it at the closing ceremony. Lui and Fonua failed to progress farther than the preliminary round of their respective events while Po'uhila finished 29th in the heat stage of the women's shot put contest.

At the 2014 Commonwealth Games she won a gold medal in the 75 kg event with a 110 kg snatch and a 140 clean and jerk for a combined total of 250 kg, a Commonwealth Games record. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the same category, again finishing eighth, with a total of 228 kg.
