Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation, commonly known as simply PHM, is a school district located in north-central Indiana, a region locally known as Michiana. The PHM district is located in and named for the three easternmost townships of St. Joseph County: Penn, Harris, and Madison.
The district includes all of Osceola and portions of Granger, Mishawaka, and South Bend. [1] It also includes Wyatt addresses.[ citation needed ]
St. Joseph County, commonly called St. Joe County by residents, is a county located in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of the 2020 census, the population was 272,912, making it the fifth-most populous county in Indiana. Formed in 1830, it was named for the St. Joseph River which flows through it to Lake Michigan. The county seat is South Bend. St. Joseph County is part of the South Bend–Mishawaka, IN-MI "Michiana", Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The area is referred to by locals as the recreation vehicle (RV) capital of the world and is known for its sizable Amish and Old Order Mennonite population.
Plainfield is a town in Guilford, Liberty, and Washington townships, Hendricks County, Indiana, United States. The population was 27,631 at the 2010 census, and in 2022 the estimated population was 36,074.

As of the 2010 census, the MSA had a population of 319,224.
Gluckstadt is a city in Madison County, Mississippi, United States. It was a census-designated place and unincorporated community until the municipal incorporation of the City of Gluckstadt became effective in June 2021. The city is located along Interstate 55 in south central Madison County, between the cities of Madison and Canton. It is part of the Jackson Metropolitan Statistical Area.
