Per Sverre Kvinlaug (born 13 December 1974) is a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party.
He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Vest-Agder during the terms 2013–2017 and 2017–2021. [1] He hails from Kvinesdal and was elected mayor in 2015. [2]
Vest-Agder was one of 18 counties (fylker) in Norway up until 1 January 2020, when it was merged with Aust-Agder to form Agder county. In 2016, there were 182,701 inhabitants, around 3.5% of the total population of Norway. Its area was about 7,277 square kilometres (2,810 sq mi). The village is located on the north side of the Fedafjorden, about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) southwest of the village of Liknes and about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) east of the town of Flekkefjord. The 0.49-square-kilometre (120-acre) village has a population (2015) of 404, giving the village a population density of 824 inhabitants per square kilometre (2,130/sq mi).

Feda is a former municipality in the old Vest-Agder county, Norway. The 66-square-kilometre (25 sq mi) municipality existed from 1900 until its dissolution in 1963. The administrative centre was the village of Feda where the Feda Church is located. Feda encompassed the far southern tip of the present-day municipality of Kvinesdal in what is now Agder county. It surrounded both sides of the 13-kilometre (8.1 mi) long Fedafjorden and the surrounding valleys.
Kvinesdal Church is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Kvinesdal Municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located in the village of Liknes. It is the church for the Kvinesdal parish which is part of the Lister og Mandal prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Agder og Telemark. The white, wooden church was built in a octagonal design in 1837 using plans drawn up by the architect Hans Linstow. The church seats about 430 people.
