Rabbi Pesach Eliyahu Falk (1944-January 20, 2020) was a posek in Gateshead. He was both a student and later a frequent lecturer at Gateshead Yeshiva as well as both seminaries for girls. He was well known for his works on Jewish Law concerning the laws of modesty and laws of Shabbos. One of his children, Rabbi Moshe Falk, is a Maggid Shiur in Yeshivas Nachlas Tzvi in Toronto. His sister Rebbetzin Miriam Salomon was married to Rabbi Matisyahu Salomon until her death in 2016. [1] Another sister is married to Dayan AD Dunner, a very prominent Rabbi and posek in Stamford Hill, London. Rabbi Falk died on 23 Teves 5780, 20 January 2020. His funeral took place on the same day in Gateshead, and on the following day in Jerusalem, where he was buried on Har HaMenuchot.

Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg was a Polish-born, American-raised, Israeli Haredi rabbi and rosh yeshiva who, from 1965, made his home in the Kiryat Mattersdorf neighborhood of Jerusalem. He served as the Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Israel from 1983 to 1993. Shapira was the rosh yeshiva of Mercaz haRav in Jerusalem, a position he held since Rabbi Zvi Yehuda Kook died in 1982.

Har HaMenuchot is the largest cemetery in Jerusalem. The hilltop burial ground lies at the western edge of the city adjacent to the neighborhood of Givat Shaul, with commanding views of Mevaseret Zion to the north, Motza to the west, and Har Nof to the south. Opened in 1951 on 300 dunams of land, it has continually expanded into new sections on the northern and western slopes of the hill. As of 2008, the cemetery encompasses 580 dunams in which over 150,000 people are buried.

Shimon D. Eider was an Orthodox rabbi and a posek. R. Eider, a graduate of Yeshiva University High School for Boys, was a pioneer in the field of Jewish law in English. He authored several texts. He received his rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. He was a longtime resident of Lakewood Township, New Jersey and an esteemed member of the advanced Kollel of Beth Medrash Govoha. He was frequently consulted as an expert on the construction of eruvin and he was also a trailblazer in kashrut. Eider died on September 28, 2007.

Yitzchok Zilberstein is a prominent Orthodox rabbi, posek and expert in medical ethics. He is the av beis din of the Ramat Elchanan neighborhood of Bnei Brak, the Rosh Kollel of Kollel Bais David in Holon, and the Rav of Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center in Bnei Brak. His opinion is frequently sought and quoted on all matters of halakha for the Israeli Lithuanian yeshiva community.

Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Hillel is the head of the Kabbalistic Yeshiva Ahavat Shalom in Jerusalem. He has been described as a prolific author and publisher of sefarim. The majority of his works are about Kabbalah.
