Peta strana svijeta (trans. The fifth side of the world) is the fifth studio album released by the former Yugoslavia's Merlin band. The album was released in 1990.

Ispočetka is the 10th studio album by Dino Merlin, and was released on 9 June 2008. The first single promoting the album, "Otkrit ću ti tajnu", was released in August 2007 as a free download in partnership with BH Telecom. He signed a contract with Croatia Records, MPBHRT and City Records. One of the songs, named "Dabogda", from the album is done with Hari Mata Hari, the famous Bosnian singer. "Better the Devil You Know" is a song written by Brian Teasdale and Dean Collinson for English singer Sonia. The single was released in April 1993 by Arista as the second and final single from Sonia's third album, Better the Devil You Know (1993). The song was produced by Nigel Wright and was the United Kingdom's entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993, finishing in second place. After Eurovision, the song peaked at number 15 on the UK Singles Chart and stayed in the chart for seven weeks. The B-side was a song called "Not What I Call Love", co-written by Sonia and also on her third album.

BOOM Festival was a rock music festival held annually throughout SFR Yugoslavia between 1971 and 1978. The festival was held for the first time in 1971 in Maribor and for the last time in 1978 in Novi Sad. The festival featured numerous prominent acts of the Yugoslav rock scene, and five various artists live albums were recorded on various editions of the festival. Most of the editions of the festival were sponsored by the League of Socialist Youth of Yugoslavia.
