Peter Q. Bohlin (born 1937 in New York City, United States) is an American architect and the winner of the 2010 Gold Medal of the American Institute of Architects. [9] He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA) [10] and a founding principal of Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, established originally in 1965 as Bohlin Powell in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Bohlin Cywinski Jackson has six offices in Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco, and New York City. In 1994, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson was honored with the Firm Award presented by the American Institute of Architects. [11] Peter Bohlin has been a guest design critic and a visiting professor at architecture schools. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1958 [12] and his Master of Architecture degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art. He was inducted into RPI's Alumni Hall of Fame in 2011. [12]

The Shirley Ann Jackson, Ph.D. Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies is a research facility at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). The 218,000-square-foot (20,300 m2) building is located on 15th street between RPI’s Playhouse and Academy Hall, next to the Center for Industrial Innovation. The institute hopes the new facility will help to encourage collaboration between experts in different fields, allowing them to solve problems that they would be unable to solve alone. As of 2008, the director of the center is Jonathan Dordick. The building cost $100M.

Slade Architecture is a New York City based architecture and design firm founded in 2002 by Hayes and James Slade. The firm has completed a diverse range of domestic and international projects. Its work has been exhibited and published widely. The Architectural League of New York selected Slade Architecture as a winner of its 2010 Emerging Voices, an annual invited competition for North American firms and individuals with distinct design voices and significant bodies of realized work. The Thomas M. Siebel Center for Computer Science is a $50 million, 225,000 sq ft (20,900 m2) integrated research and educational facility designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson located on the Urbana campus at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Siebel Center houses the Department of Computer Science of the Grainger College of Engineering. The center has over 225,000 square feet of research, office, and laboratory space. The Siebel Center claims to be the first "Computing Habitat", featuring a fully interactive environment and intelligent building system. The facility is equipped with computer-controlled locks, proximity and location sensors, cameras to track room activity, and other sensory and control features.

Steven Ehrlich, FAIA, RIBA is an American architect based in Culver City, California. He is the founding partner of the practice Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects, formerly known as Ehrlich Architects.

Rosa T. Sheng is an architect based in San Francisco, California. She is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. After a career at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, she joined SmithGroup as a principal in 2017, where she heads the firm's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Program. Sheng was president of the American Institute of Architects San Francisco, the first Asian American Woman to serve in this role in the organization’s 136 years. She is the founding chair of Equity by Design, originating author of AIA Resolution 15-1 Equity in Architecture, a member of the AIA Equity in Architecture Commission, and a frequent speaker, writer, and campaigner for equity and inclusion.

Alexandra Lange is an American architecture and design critic and author based in New York. The author of a series of critically acclaimed books, Lange is the architecture critic for Curbed. She has bylines published in The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Metropolis, Architect magazine, Architectural Digest; Architectural Record, The Architect’s Newspaper, Cite; Domus; Domino; Dwell; GOOD; Icon, The Nation, New York magazine, Places Journal, Print and Slate. Lange is a Loeb Fellow, and her work has been recognized through a number of awards, including the 2019 Steven Heller Prize for Cultural Commentary.
