Peter Goudinoff (born March 28,1941) is an American politician who served in the Arizona House of Representatives from the 11th district from 1977 to 1993 and in the Arizona Senate from the 11th district from 1993 to 1997. [1] [2]

Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is the largest school district of Tucson,Arizona,in terms of enrollment. Dr. Gabriel Trujillo is the superintendent,appointed on September 12,2017 by the Governing Board. As of 2016,TUSD had more than 47,670 students. As of Fall 2012,according to Superintendent John Pedicone,TUSD had 50,000 students. District enrollment has declined over the last 10 years and TUSD lost 1,700 to 2,000 students per year for the two or three years prior to 2012.
KTOP is a radio station serving the Topeka,Kansas,metropolitan area. The station currently broadcasts a sports format,but prior to October 4,2007,had broadcast an adult standards/oldies format. KTOP is owned by Cumulus Media and licensed to Cumulus Licensing LLC. The transmitter and antenna are located in northern Topeka on NW Buchanan Street near the Kansas River.

She received many accolades for her efforts including the 1974 Indian Leadership Award from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and state recognition that same year as the Outstanding Citizen of Oklahoma from Governor David Hall. She was named as an Outstanding Indian Woman of 1977 by the North American Indian Women's Association,and served on the National Advisory Council on Indian Education from 1983 to 1990. In 1993,she was inducted into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame for her work with foster children and the founding of the North American Indian Women's Association.
Mary V. Riley was an Apache tribal council member who was instrumental in the economic development of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. She was the first woman to be elected to serve on the tribal council and worked toward bringing timber and tourism industries to the reservation to ensure their economic stability. She was inducted into the Arizona Women's Hall of Fame posthumously in 1988.
