Pharmafabrik is an independent record label based in Slovenia and founded in 1993, [1] most noted for their comprehensive and critically acclaimed [2] Fabriksampler compilation albums with artists Final, Lull, KK Null, Alexei Borisov, Nordvargr, Surgeon, Eraldo Bernocchi, Franck Vigroux, Mike Browning, PureH, Chris Wood, Psychedelic Desert, Pharmakustik, P.C.M., Daniel Buess, The Cherry Blues Project and others.

Slovenia officially the Republic of Slovenia is a country in Central Europe. Delo is a national daily newspaper in Slovenia. For more than 60 years, Delo has been involved in active co-creation of the Slovenian public space. It covers politics, economics, sports, culture and social events in Slovene. In addition to Slovenia, the paper is available in several Croatian cities and in Belgrade, Serbia. It is based in Ljubljana.

Parliamentary elections were held in Slovenia on 13 July 2014 to elect the 90 deputies of the National Assembly. The early election, less than three years after the previous one, was called following the resignation of Alenka Bratušek's government in May. Seventeen parties participated, including seven new parties, some of which formed only months before the election took place. Party of Miro Cerar (SMC), a new party led by lawyer and professor Miro Cerar, won the election with over 34% of the vote and 36 seats. Seven political parties won seats in the National Assembly. Three political parties left the Assembly, including Zoran Janković's Positive Slovenia, the winner of the 2011 election, and the Slovenian People's Party, which failed to win a seat for the first time since the first elections in 1990. A leftist United Left party entered the Assembly for the first time, winning six seats.

An independent record label is a record label that operates without the funding or distribution of major record labels; they are a type of small- to medium-sized enterprise, or SME. The album features 11 exclusive tracks made specially for this compilation, from Henrik Nordvargr Björkk (Sweden), Lull (UK), Wo0 (Serbia), Go Tsushima (Japan), Left Eye Dominant (Italy), Alexei Borisov (Russia), Tania Stene (Norway), PureH (Slovenia), Sunao Inami (Japan), Dodecahedragraph (Slovenia), The Cherry Blues Project (Argentina) and Final (UK). The compilation was issued as an audio CD and video DVD box.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Lojze Dolinar</span> Slovene sculptor

Lojze Dolinar was a Slovenian sculptor recognized for his impact on local and global 19th- and 20th-century art. When he moved to America he worked in architectural plastic art and thereafter in antique and modern art. In 1931 he went to Belgrade and between World War I and World War II he became one of the most sought-out monument sculptors. In 1946 he joined the Belgrade Fine Arts Academy and three years later got a professorship there. Among others he was taught by Alojzij Repič and worked with Jože Plečnik.
