Philip D'Souza (born 30 October 1935) is a Kenyan field hockey player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1972 Summer Olympics. [1]

Adrian has competed in 3/4 major international hockey events : the Olympics, World Cup, and Asian Games with a total of 165 caps for his country.
