Piedmont is an unincorporated community that is located in Southwestern Lamar County, Georgia, United States, Located at 33.017 -84.251. U.S Route 19 Passes about 4 miles west from town, available via Allen, Piedmont, and Vega roads. State Route 36 passes about 4 miles south southwest of Piedmont available via The Rock road, Which leads to The Rock. [1]
A post office named Piedmont opened in 1890 and remained in operation until 1930. [2]
