Piercey Dalton is a Canadian-American actress. She is most noted for her performance as Hannah Maynard in the 2021 film Be Still , [1] [2] for which she was a Vancouver Film Critics Circle nominee for Best Actress in a Canadian Film at the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards 2021. [3]

Born in Tucson, Arizona and raised mainly in Fergus, Ontario, Dalton acted on stage in Vancouver before moving to Los Angeles to pursue film and television roles. Prior to Be Still, she was best known for her role as Naomi in the 2018 horror film The Open House . [4] [5]

<i>Exile</i> (2022 film) 2022 Canadian feature film

Exile is a Canadian thriller film, directed by Jason James and had its film festival premiere in 2022. The film stars Adam Beach as Ted Evans, a man who's just been released from prison after serving a five-year sentence for killing a family in a drunk driving incident. Before his release, he receives a threat from the lone survivor that his own family will be killed in retaliation. Ted exiles himself in order to protect them, however, his wife Sara tracks him down, believing the threat was a manifestation of her husband's profound guilt, and she uses extreme measures to bring him home.
