The Pierson Farm near York, North Dakota is a farm that was developed in 1923. The farm was owned by Olaf Pierson, a Swedish immigrant. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1] [2]

Huntley, also known as Historic Huntley or Huntley Hall is an early 19th-century Federal-style villa and farm in the Hybla Valley area of Fairfax County, Virginia. The house sits on a hill overlooking Huntley Meadows Park to the south. The estate is best known as the country residence of Thomson Francis Mason, grandson of George Mason of nearby Gunston Hall. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), the Virginia Landmarks Register (VLR), and the Fairfax County Inventory of Historic Sites.

The Officer Daryl R. Pierson Memorial Post Office Building is a historic post office building located at East Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was designed and built 1936–1937, and is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department, Louis A. Simon. The one story brick building is in the Colonial Revival style and has a roof crowned by a flat topped cupola. The entrance features fluted Doric columns and a blind fanlight with sculpted eagle. The interior features a mural titled "Recreation Hours" by Bernard Gussow

The Denis Julien Inscription was left on a rock face in 1838 along the Green River in Moffat County, Colorado by Denis Julien, a French-American trapper who was one of the few Europeans in the area in the 1830s. Julien made a practice of leaving his mark on locations along the Green and Colorado rivers, leaving at least eight such marks. Four, including the Colorado mark, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

They are a brick farmhouse, a stone and frame bank barn, frame outhouse, chicken house, and corn crib. The farmhouse was built in 1833, and expanded in 1857.
The T. Pierson Farm is a historic farm located at Hockessin, New Castle County, Delaware. The property includes three contributing buildings. They are a stone house with late-19th century frame addition, a stone and frame bank barn, and a mid-19th century frame outbuilding. The house is a two-story, two-bay, gable-roofed building that is constructed with rubble fieldstone. It has a two-story, three-bay, frame wing to form a five-bay main facade. The barn features a pyramidal-roofed cupola with louvered sides atop the gable roof.
The Pierson–Betts House is a historic residence located in Oskaloosa, Iowa, United States. The house was built by Lewis B. Pierson, the long-time Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for William Penn College. He built this modest, single-story, brick house in the 1930s as a place that he and his wife Lilly could retire. Instead of moving in, they sold the house to Laura Betts who was the librarian at Penn from 1937 to 1942. She was one of the few single females employed by the college at that time who could afford to buy a house of her own. It is believed she could do so only with financial help from her elderly mother who moved in with her. After Betts moved out, other Penn faculty lived here. It is Pierson's and Betts' association with the college in the context of the Quaker testimony in Oskaloosa that makes this house historic. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
Pierson–Griffiths House, also known as the Kemper House, is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1873, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular, five bay frame dwelling on a low brick foundation. It has elements of Greek Revival and Second Empire style architecture. It features a full-width front porch with grouped columns and a low hipped roof with decorative cut wood cresting around the perimeter.
The Grocers Wholesale Company Building, also known as the Sears and Roebuck Farm Store, is a historic building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. Completed in 1916, this was the first of four warehouses built and owned by Iowa's only and most successful statewide cooperative grocery warehouse. It is possible that it was the first statewide organization of this kind in the country. The cooperative allowed independent grocers to compete against chain stores and survive wholesale grocers' surcharges. They leased their first warehouse after they organized in 1912. Each successive time the cooperative built a new warehouse it was larger and technologically more advanced than the previous one. This particular cooperative grew to include parts of four states: Iowa, southern Minnesota, northern Missouri and eastern Nebraska. They built their second warehouse in 1930 and moved out of this facility. They continued to own this building until 1968, and they leased it out to other firms. The Sears Farm Equipment Store began to occupy the building in 1937 and continued here until 1959. The cooperative became the Associated Grocers of Iowa in the late 1950s, and it continued in existence until 1985. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
Roosevelt Hospital is a historic building located at 1 Roosevelt Drive in the township of Edison in Middlesex County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 5, 2002, for its significance in health and medicine, in particular the treatment of tuberculosis. It is currently part of the Roosevelt Care Center at Edison.
