Pietro Oliver Giachino (born 26 February 1995) is a Norwegian gymnast of Italian origin.

Pietro was born in Oslo to a Norwegian mother and an Italian father. Since 2006 he was competing in artistic gymnastics, and in 2007, he joined the Norwegian national team. [1] [2] As a member of the club, Pietro won medals as both a junior and a senior competitor.

The gymnast participated in the 2014 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. [1] In February through March of 2015, he was given the opportunity to compete for an Italian club, Juventus (not to be confused with the football team), and participate in three sporting events. He took part in the first European Games in June. [1] Pietro also participated in the 2015 Championships in Glasgow. [2]

Pietro is inspired by the gymnast Åge Storhaug who competed from the late 1960s to the early 1970s. [1]

He speaks Norwegian, Italian and English. [1]

Caterina Barloggio is a retired Swiss artistic gymnast. She competed in three European Championships and four World Championships.

Nicola Bartolini is an Italian artistic gymnast. He is the 2021 World Champion and 2021 European bronze medalist on floor exercise. Bartolini's early career was plagued with injury as a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery made him unable to compete at the 2016 Olympic Games.
