Pietro Perdichizzi (born 16 December 1992) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Challenger Pro League club Lierse.

It was created by the Royal Belgian Football Association in 2016, replacing the Belgian Second Division. From the season 2016–17 until 2019–20, the competition was named Proximus League, after the main sponsor Proximus.

The 2017–18 season of the Belgian First Division B began in August 2017 and ended in April 2018. It was the second season of the First Division B following a change in league format from the old Belgian Second Division. The fixtures were announced near the end of June 2017. The 2022–23 season was the 125th in the history of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and their second consecutive season in the top flight. The club participated in the Belgian Pro League, Belgian Cup,UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
