[2] [3] The company was incorporated on June 27, 1996 in the industrial city of Pithampur, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. [4] Their headquarters is in Pune, Maharashtra. Operations

Pinnacle Industries makes seats and interior products for commercial vehicles. PIL is currently manufacturing Electric Vehicles in India [7] through its subsidiary company EKA (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions).

The company produces seating systems and interior finishes for ambulances. These Ambulances are equipped with all medical facilities and technologies to deliver medical care to newborns. [8] [9]
