"Playaz Club" is the lead single from Rappin' 4-Tay's second album, Don't Fight the Feelin' . The song was produced by Cyrus Esteban and Frank "Franky J" Hudson, Jr. who used a sample of Judy Clay and William Bell's 1968 hit "Private Number".
Released during the summer of 1994, "Playaz Club" became the first of two top 40 hits for Rappin' 4-Tay and was his biggest hit on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 36. The song has become somewhat of a classic West Coast hip hop song [ citation needed ] and has appeared on several compilations including recently on Snoop Dogg's 2010 compilation The West Coast Blueprint.

Anthony Banks is an American record producer and rapper from Oakland, California.
"Convoy" is a 1975 novelty song performed by C. W. McCall that became a number-one song on both the country and pop charts in the US and is listed 98th among Rolling Stone magazine's 100 Greatest Country Songs of All Time. Written by McCall and Chip Davis, the song spent six weeks at number one on the country charts and one week at number one on the pop charts. The song went to number one in Canada as well, hitting the top of the RPM Top Singles Chart on January 24, 1976. "Convoy" also peaked at number two in the UK. The song capitalized on the fad for citizens band (CB) radio. The song was the inspiration for the 1978 Sam Peckinpah film Convoy.

Recording session took place at Graffiti Tunez in West Oakland, at Buck Fifty Records, at Bay View Productions, at Sucka Free City and at JT's in the Mo. Production was handled by Ant Banks, Black C of RBL Posse, Cyrus Esteban, Gigolo G, J-Mack, JT the Bigga Figga, Lil' Fly, T.C., and Franky J, who also served as executive producer. The album features guest appearances from fellow San Francisco-based rappers JT the Bigga Figga, Lil' Fly and Seff tha Gaffla.
4 Tha Hard Way is West Coast hip hop artist Rappin' 4-Tay's fourth album, released by Virgin Records in 1997. The song both sampled the music and retained the original chorus of The Spinners' song of the same name, though Rappin' 4-Tay replaced the song's original lyrics with his own. The Spinners were credited as featured artists and songwriters Thom Bell and Phil Hurtt were both given writing credits.
"Ain't No Playa " is the lead single released from Rappin' 4-Tay's third album, Off Parole. The song's instrumentation was written and performed by Shannon Lacy and produced by Stan "G-Man Stan" Keith and featured rapper/singer Passion performing the song's chorus, which reinterpreted The Four Tops 1973 hit "Ain't No Woman ".
