Komsomolskaya is a Moscow Metro station in the Krasnoselsky District, Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Sokolnicheskaya line, between Krasnye Vorota and Krasnoselskaya stations. It is located under Komsomolskaya Square, between the Leningradsky, Yaroslavsky, and Kazansky railway terminals. The station was named for the workers of the Komsomol youth league who helped to construct the first Metro line. It has a transfer at its namesake on the Koltsevaya line.

Moscow Yaroslavsky railway station is one of the nine main railway stations in Moscow. Situated on Komsomolskaya Square, Moscow Yaroslavskaya has the highest passenger throughput of all nine of the capital's main-line terminuses. It serves eastern destinations, including those in the Russian Far East, being the western terminus of the world's longest railway line, the Trans-Siberian. The station takes its name from that of the ancient city of Yaroslavl which, lying 284 rail kilometres north-east of Moscow, is the first large city served by the line.

Yaroslavsky District, Moscow is an administrative district (raion) of North-Eastern Administrative Okrug, and one of the 125 raions of Moscow, Russia. The area of the district is 7.99 square kilometers (3.08 sq mi). The district is situated on both sides of a major highway, Yaroslavskoye shosse, east from Yaroslavsky railway, and is named after both. The railway serves as the district's western border, Losiny Ostrov national park is on its eastern border, and MKAD serves as its northern border. The Yaroslavsky suburban railway line is one of eleven railway lines used for suburban railway connections between Moscow, Russia, and surrounding areas, mostly in Moscow Oblast. The Yaroslavsky suburban railway line connects Moscow with the stations in the northeast, in particular, with the towns of Mytishchi, Korolyov, Ivanteyevka, Fryazino, Shchyolkovo, Pushkino, Krasnoarmeysk, Sergiyev Posad, Strunino, and Alexandrov. The stations the line serves are located in Moscow, as well as in the towns of Mytishchi, Kaliningrad, Shchyolkovo, Ivanteyevka, Fryazino, Noginsk, Pushkino, Krasnoarmeysk, and Sergiyev-Posad in Moscow Oblast, as well as Alexandrovsky District of Vladimir Oblast. The suburban trains have their southwestern terminus at Moscow Yaroslavsky railway station in Moscow. In the northeastern direction, the suburban trains terminate at Bolshevo, Fryazino Passazhirskaya, Monino, Shchyolkovo, Fryazevo, Pushkino, Sofrino, Krasnoarmeysk, Sergiyev Posad, Alexandrov, and Balakirevo. The line is served by the Moscow Railway subsidiary of Russian Railways and the Central Suburban Passenger Company.
Losinoostrovskaya is a railway station located in Losinoostrovsky District of Moscow, Russia. The station serves suburban traffic of Yaroslavsky suburban railway line by Moscow Railway. The southbound trains terminate at Moscow Yaroslavskaya railway station in Moscow. The northbound trains terminate at the stations of Bolshevo, Fryazino Passazhirskaya, Monino, Shchyolkovo, Fryazevo, Pushkino, Sofrino, Krasnoarmeysk, Sergiyev Posad, Alexandrov I, and Balakirevo. All suburban trains stop at Losinoostrovskaya. The station is operated by the Moscow Railway.
