Podomoro City is a mixed superblock at Grogol Petamburan in Jakarta, Indonesia. The integrated complex has a land area of 25 hectares with 12 residential tower, 155 shophouses 2 shopping malls, one office tower, one shopping arcade & one 5 star hotel. [1] [2]

This superblock is developed by Agung Podomoro Land. Besides Central Park Jakarta mall, there is NEO SOHO mall, [3] Podomoro University & Garden shopping arcade located within the complex. Other buildings in the complex are APL office Tower, Central Park Residences, Royal Mediterania Garden, Mediterania Garden, Pullman Hotel Central Park and SOHO Capital. NEO SOHO mall is connected directly to Central Park mall through SOHO Eco-Skywalk.

During construction, premium hotel chain Sofitel had planned to open in Senayan City with an estimated opening for 2007, which was ultimately scrapped. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m2 (520,000 sq ft) owned by the Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under the BOT contract for 50 years which starts in 2005. They used Pulau Intan as their main contractor, Structure and mechanical engineering contractor. The development was designed by DP Architects.

Pondok Indah Mall, abbreviated as PIM, is a large shopping mall complex located in the Pondok Indah suburb of South Jakarta, Indonesia. In January 2017, it was recognised by Forbes as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta. The Pondok Indah Mall complex comprises three large main buildings, the older 3-storey PIM1 and the 5-storey PIM2, and the newest building PIM3. PIM 1 and 2 are interconnected via two elevated multi-storey pedestrian walkways, which are also tenanted by specialty shops. PIM3, which was officially opened in 2021, is interconnected to the other two buildings by a walkway as well.

Pakuwon Jati embodies the superblock concept in Indonesia, a large-scale integrated development in malls, offices, condominiums and hotels. Pakuwon owns and manages shopping centers such as Tunjungan Plaza superblocks, BBD Tower complex office, five-stars Sheraton Surabaya Hotel, Condominium and Laguna Indah real estate, as well as several industrial estates located in Surabaya metropolitan area.
