Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use urban development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.
Las Vegas Sands Corporation is an American casino and resort company with corporate headquarters in Paradise, Nevada, United States. It was founded by Sheldon Adelson and his partners out of the Sands Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The Sands was demolished and redeveloped as The Venetian, opening in 1999. An adjacent resort, The Palazzo, opened in 2007. Both resorts were sold in 2022.

Senayan City is a mixed-use development located in Senayan area, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex comprises a seven-floor high end shopping mall, two boutique office towers and an apartment tower. During construction, premium hotel chain Sofitel had planned to open in Senayan City with an estimated opening for 2007, which was ultimately scrapped. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m2 (520,000 sq ft) owned by the Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under the BOT contract for 50 years which starts in 2005. They used Pulau Intan as their main contractor, Structure and mechanical engineering contractor. The development was designed by DP Architects.

The 640,000 m2 (6,900,000 sq ft) complex consists of a huge shopping mall, office tower Menara BCA, high end serviced residential tower Kempinski Residences and the five-star all-suite Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. It is located near the Selamat Datang Monument. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Grand Indonesia as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.
Grogol Petamburan is a district of West Jakarta, Indonesia, roughly bounded by the West Flood Canal to the east, Angke Canal to the west and to the north, and Jakarta-Merak Tollway to the south. It has an area 1,130 ha. As of 2004, the use of the land was 58.0% for housing, 12.5% for offices, 3.8% in parkland, and 2.2% in farmland with the remainder in other uses or idle.
Pondok Indah Mall, abbreviated as PIM, is a large shopping mall complex located in the Pondok Indah suburb of South Jakarta, Indonesia. In January 2017, it was recognised by Forbes as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta. The Pondok Indah Mall complex comprises three large main buildings, the older 3-storey PIM1 and the 5-storey PIM2, and the newest building PIM3. PIM 1 and 2 are interconnected via two elevated multi-storey pedestrian walkways, which are also tenanted by specialty shops. PIM3, which was officially opened in 2021, is interconnected to the other two buildings by a walkway as well.

It is on Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar at Pakuwon Indah Superblock complex at 30-hectare land area, at the CBD of West Surabaya. At the top of Pakuwon Mall, there are four tower apartments, which are called Orchard and Tanglin Tower, Anderson and Benson Tower, and there are two condominium towers called La Riz and La Viz. La Viz is still under construction. Also, there are 2 hotels right above this mall, The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton. This mall was first opened in November 2003 by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, two years after Pakuwon Group opened Tunjungan Plaza 4. Pakuwon Mall has six floors, while Pakuwon Trade Center has only three.
