Podomoro City is a mixed superblock and a casino resort at Grogol Petamburan in Jakarta, Indonesia. The integrated complex has a land area of 25 hectares with 12 residential tower, 155 shophouses, 2 shopping malls, one office tower, one shopping arcade, one 5 star hotel, one casino & one theater. [1] [2]

This superblock is developed by Agung Podomoro Land and owned by Las Vegas Sands. Besides Central Park Jakarta mall, there is NEO SOHO mall, [3] Podomoro University & Garden shopping arcade located within the complex. Other buildings in the complex are APL office Tower, Sands Expo and Convention Center Jakarta, Central Park Casino, Central Park Residences, Royal Mediterania Garden, Mediterania Garden, Pullman Hotel Central Park, SOHO Capital and Sands Theater Jakarta. NEO SOHO mall is connected directly to Central Park mall through SOHO Eco-Skywalk.

Senayan City is a mixed-use development located in Senayan area, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex comprises a seven-floor high end shopping mall, two boutique office towers and an apartment tower. During construction, premium hotel chain Sofitel had planned to open in Senayan City with an estimated opening for 2007, which was ultimately scrapped. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m2 (520,000 sq ft) owned by the Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under the BOT contract for 50 years which starts in 2005. They used Pulau Intan as their main contractor, Structure and mechanical engineering contractor. The development was designed by DP Architects.

Grogol Petamburan is a district of West Jakarta, Indonesia, roughly bounded by the West Flood Canal to the east, Angke Canal to the west and to the north, and Jakarta-Merak Tollway to the south. It has an area 1,130 ha. As of 2004, the use of the land was 58.0% for housing, 12.5% for offices, 3.8% in parkland, and 2.2% in farmland with the remainder in other uses or idle.

Pakuwon Mall is a shopping mall in Surabaya, Indonesia. It is the largest mall in Indonesia with a net leasable area of 200,000 m2. This mall is connected with Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC). It is on Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar at Pakuwon Indah Superblock complex at 30-hectare land area, at the CBD of West Surabaya. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk is an Indonesian real estate developer based in Surabaya and the holding company of Pakuwon Group. Pakuwon Group was founded by Alexander Tedja in 1982. This organization centralizes on the construction of shopping centres and office buildings in Surabaya and Jakarta. Pakuwon Jati embodies the superblock concept in Indonesia, a large-scale integrated development in malls, offices, condominiums and hotels. Pakuwon owns and manages shopping centers such as Tunjungan Plaza superblocks, BBD Tower complex office, five-stars Sheraton Surabaya Hotel, Condominium and Laguna Indah real estate, as well as several industrial estates located in Surabaya metropolitan area. On August 22, 1989, Pakuwon obtained an effective statement from Bapepam-LK to conduct an initial public offering (IPO). These shares were listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange and the Jakarta Stock Exchange on October 9, 1989.
