Pogue Creek

Pogue Creek or Pogues Creek is a small stream in west-central Barry County, Missouri. [1] Pogue Creek starts just south of Butterfield and it flows west under Missouri Route 37 and on past Burtonville to join Shoal Creek east of Wheaton. [2]

The stream headwaters are at 36°45′14″N93°54′42″W / 36.75389°N 93.91167°W / 36.75389; -93.91167 and the confluence with Shoal Creek is at 36°45′49″N94°00′56″W / 36.76361°N 94.01556°W / 36.76361; -94.01556 . [1]

Pogue Creek has the name of Marion Pogue, a settler. [3]

Fox Creek is a stream in southern Taney County, Missouri. It is a tributary of Bee Creek. The headwaters of the stream are just east of Missouri Route JJ west of Mincy. The stream flows southeast passing through a portion of the Drury-Mincy Conservation Area to its confluence with Bee Creek which flows into Bull Shoals Lake to the southeast near the Missouri-Arkansas border.

Wolf Creek is a stream in Taney County, Missouri. The headwaters are in the Mark Twain National Forest on the southwest flank of Lime Kiln Mountain. The stream flows northwest and enters Bull Shoals Lake adjacent to Cedar Creek.

Clear Creek is a stream in Barry, Lawrence and Newton counties in southwest Missouri. It is a tributary to Shoal Creek.
