Srinivasa Sarja, better known by his stage name Arjun Sarja or simply Arjun, is an Indian actor, producer, and director who works predominantly in Tamil cinema in addition to Telugu and Kannada films and a few Malayalam and Hindi films. Referred to by the media and his fans as "Action King" for his roles in action films, Arjun has acted in more than 160 films, most of them being lead roles. He is one of few South Indian actors to attract fan following from multiple states of India. He has directed 12 films and also produced and distributed a number of films.
Premaloka is a 1987 Indian romantic musical film directed by Ravichandran, in his directorial debut, and produced by N. Veeraswamy under Sri Eshwari Productions. The film, based on the 1982 film Grease 2, was made simultaneously in Kannada and Tamil with the Tamil version titled Paruva Ragam. It stars Ravichandran in the lead role, alongside Juhi Chawla, Leelavathi and Lokesh in supportive roles in the Kannada version, while Jaishankar and Manorama reprise their respective roles in the Tamil version. Vishnuvardhan, Ambareesh, Tiger Prabhakar, Srinath and Urvashi made guest appearances in the film. Thengai Srinivasan, Cho Ramaswamy and Delhi Ganesh portray the respective roles of Ambareesh, Prabhakar and Srinath in the Tamil version.
Rama Rama Krishna Krishna is a 2010 Telugu language action drama film directed by Sriwass of Lakshyam fame and produced by noted producer Dil Raju. It stars Ram Pothineni, Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, and Bindu Madhavi, in the lead roles, whilst Vineet Kumar, Nassar, Brahmanandam, Pragathi, and Sayaji Shinde play pivotal roles. The music was composed by M. M. Keeravani with cinematography by Sekhar V. Joseph and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. Upon the film's release on 12 May 2010, it received mixed reviews with critics mainly praising Ram's and Sarja's performance. It fared well at the box office.
