Pramod Chaudhari is founder-chairman of Praj Industries Limited, a process and project engineering company based in Pune a city in Maharashtra state of India. Thought Leaders (2002) includes his biography in 22 visionary Indian managers. [1] Chaudhari has been voted amongst Globally Top 100 People in bio-energy space by Biofuels Digest. He has also been awarded the distinguished alumnus award (2005) and distinguished service award (2015) [2] from IIT Bombay. Praj has won the Forbes 200 Best Under a Billion Company in Asia, twice. Pramod P. Wangikar is an Indian chemical engineer and a professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Known for his studies in the field of bioenergy, Wangikar is a recipient of the Sartorius India Chemcon Distinguished Speaker Award of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers. The Department of Biotechnology of the Government of India awarded him the National Bioscience Award for Career Development, one of the highest Indian science awards, for his contributions to biosciences in 2006.

Abhay Karandikar is an Indian educator, engineer, innovator, and administrator best known for his work in the telecommunication sector in India. Currently, he is serving as the Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India from 1 October 2023 onwards. Previously, he served as the Director of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1 April 2018 to 30 September 2023. Prior to that, Karandikar held a number of positions, including Dean, Head of the Department of the Electrical Engineering, and Institute Chair Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He was one of the founding members of Telecom Standards Development Society of India and appointed as its first Vice Chairman from 2014 to 2016, and then was appointed its Chairman from 2016 to 2018. Karandikar contributed to conceptualization and establishment of new technical standards work programmes for TSDSI. In 2016, he was awarded with IEEE SA's Standards Medallion for his work to Indian Technology, Policy and Standardization with IEEE guidelines.

Ashank Desai is an Indian entrepreneur, philanthropist and investor. He is the founding member and past chairman of Nasscom an Indian non-governmental trade association and advocacy group, focused mainly on the technology industry of India. He is the founder and chairman of Mastek, a global technology services company.
