Priscilla Levac, is a Canadian professional snowboarder based out of Whistler, British Columbia. [1]

Career

After growing up in a small town outside of Quebec, Priscilla moved to the resort area of Whistler-Blackcomb to snowboard. She began competing professionally in 2002, and has since become known for her multiple wins in international slopestyle competitions, including a first place finish in the 2003 US Open at Stratton, and podiums in events such as the Roxy Chicken Jam, The Session at Vail, and the Australian Open. She was awarded the title "Best Female Snowboarder of the year" by Snowboarder Magazine in 2005. She had her own signature outerwear with Ride Snowboards and signature bindings with Drake. [2]

She has also appeared in several snowboard videos, including the all-female releases by Misschief Films "As If" and "Roshambo." She was also the only female snowboarder to appear in the DC Mountain Lab Film, in the Kidsknow Production, "Love Hate" by Mikey LeBlanc, and Standard Films 2008 release, "Aesthetica".[ citation needed ]

Current projects

In 2007, while she was recovering from an injury and unable to ride, Priscilla founded a snowboard apparel company, Cilla, with her mother Suzanne Levac. [3] In 2011 Priscilla works on the launch of her new Raw Foods Coaching business The Raw Livestyle. [4]

Torah Jane Bright is an Australian professional snowboarder. She is Australia's most successful Winter Olympian, former Olympic gold and silver medalist, two time X Games gold medalist, three time US Open winner, two time Global Open Champion, three time World Superpipe Champion, former TTR World Champion and recipient of the Best Female Action Sports Athlete at the ESPY awards. In 2014 Bright became the first Olympic athlete to qualify for all three snowboarding disciplines; halfpipe, slopestyle and boarder-cross.

Kelly Clark American snowboarder


Kelly Clark is an American snowboarder who won halfpipe gold at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Clark was born in Newport, Rhode Island. She started snowboarding when she was 7 years old, began competing in 1999, and became a member of the US Snowboard team in 2000. On January 25, 2019 at the Winter X Games in Aspen, she announced her retirement from the sport.

Hannah Teter is an American snowboarder. She is an Olympic champion, having won the gold medal in halfpipe at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy and silver at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver. She also won bronze at the 2005 FIS World Championships at Whistler, British Columbia, and has six World Cup victories in her career. In January 2010, Teter was named to the US Team for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. She won the silver medal in women's halfpipe at the Vancouver Games. Teter came in fourth at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

The 38-year-old has featured in more than twenty snowboarding films. Rice’s biggest claim to fame was when he arrived at Snowboarder magazine’s Superpark contest at Mammoth Mountain and launched a 'mammoth' of a backside rodeo across a 117-foot gap jump. He has been considered "the Paul Revere" of the big mountain freestyle movement. In 2013, Rice was named the best contemporary snowboarder in the world by Red Bull; Rice was also hailed as one of the greatest snowboarders of all time by numerous writers and publications.

Lyndsey "Lyn-Z" Adams Hawkins is an American professional skateboarder.

Cara-Beth Burnside, nicknamed "CB", is a professional skateboarder and snowboarder and ranks amongst the top female athletes in these sports in the world. She was the first president of the Action Sports Alliance.
