Probir Chail (born 1 October 1956) is an Indian former cricketer. He played seven first-class matches for Bengal between 1977 and 1983. [1]

Rao Joginder Singh, whose name was recorded as Joginder Singh Rao throughout his career, was an Indian cricketer: a right-arm medium pace bowler who played only five first-class games, all for Services in the 1963–64 Ranji Trophy, but who is notable for having not only taken a hat-trick on debut, but for following that up with two more in the same innings of his second match, one of only two men to have achieved this latter feat and the only man to have taken three in his first two games.

Chail Sanctuary is located at Chail, a hill station which is home to sambar, goral and cheer pheasants at Blossom and Jhaja. Barking deer and kalij pheasants are seen during dusk and dawn. The best time to visit is from March to October.

Rashtriya Military School, Chail is a residential school in Himachal Pradesh, India. The school's origins lie with the establishment of King George's Royal Indian Military School in Jullunder, Punjab, soon after World War I, with a donation of 250,000 from King George V’s patriotic fund. The foundation stone of this school was laid in the Jullunder Cantonment by King George V in February 1922, and the school started functioning in 1925. The school was moved to its present location in Chail, Himachal Pradesh, in 1960. Cadets are known as Georgians after the school's founding father.
