The Quaid-e-Millath Government College for Women is an educational institution in Chennai (Madras), Tamil Nadu. In 1974-75 it replaced the Government Arts College for Men, which was shifted to Nandanam. The Mount Road Arts College was the legacy of the Muslim Rulers of Wallajah. The Madras Mohammedan College and the Madrasa-e-Azam school for boys functioned from this location. After Independence, Mohamedan College was renamed as Government Arts College for Men (1948). The premises are now divided between the Madrasa-e-Azam school and the Quaid-e-Millath Government College for Women.

Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad, founded as University of Islamabad, is a public research university in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The University of the Punjab, also referred to as Punjab University, is a public research university located in Lahore, Punjab. It is the oldest public university in Pakistan. With multiple campuses in Gujranwala, Jhelum, and Khanspur, the university was formally established by the British Government after convening the first meeting for establishing higher education institutions in October 1882 at Simla. The university was designed by architect Bhai Ram Singh in 1911. University of the Punjab was the fourth university to be established by the British colonial authorities.

Chennai Book Fair or Madras Book Fair is an annual book fair organized in Chennai, India by the Booksellers and Publishers Association of South India (BAPASI). The fair typically lasts for about two weeks during the New Year-Pongal season. The fair is usually held between the last week of December and the third week of January. In 2016, following the 2015 South Indian floods, for the first time, the book fair was rescheduled to be held in May. Instead, an alternate low-key Pongal Book Fair was held between 13 and 24 January for book lovers and tourists.

Quaid e Azam Medical College is a medical college in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Quaid e Azam Medical College was founded on 2 December 1971 when its foundation stone was laid by the then Governor of Punjab, Lt Gen Attique-ur-Rehman (retd).
