Rachel is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language revenge thriller film directed by Anandhini Bala and starring Honey Rose in the title role. [2] [3]

Honey Rose described the physical demands of the shoot in public statements following the wrap, noting a 47-day final stretch she described as "an unforgettable chapter." [13] [14]

The film was initially scheduled to release in January 2025 [22] [23] but was postponed multiple times. It was reported that the film's delay was due to actress Honey Rose's controversy related to Bobby Chemmannur. [24] However, producer Badusha denied the claim, stating that production work was still pending and needed to be finished. The film has been positioned for pan-Indian distribution with planned releases or dubbed versions in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi in addition to Malayalam. [34]
