Radley W. Haddad (born May 11,1990) is an American professional baseball coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball.
Haddad attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis. He was recruited to Western Carolina University,where he played college baseball for the Western Carolina Catamounts. After two years as a backup catcher with the Catamounts,Haddad transferred to Butler University to get more playing time. He was a starting catcher for the Butler Bulldogs for two years. [1]
Haddad was not selected in the 2013 Major League Baseball draft,and signed with the New York Yankees as an undrafted free agent. He played in Minor League Baseball for the Yankees for four years. In 2016,he was a player-coach for the Staten Island Yankees. [1] In 92 career games,he batted .203 with one home run. [2] [3]
The New York Yankees hired Haddad as a bullpen catcher in 2017,ending his playing career. [1] [2] After the 2021 season,the Pirates hired Haddad as a game planning and strategy coach. [4]

John Rikard Dempsey is an American former professional baseball player. He played for 24 seasons as a catcher in Major League Baseball from 1969 to 1992,most prominently for the Baltimore Orioles where he played for 10 years and was a member of the 1983 World Series winning team. Dempsey was known for being one of the best defensive catchers of his era. In 1997,he was inducted into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame.
William Grady Little is an American former manager in Major League Baseball,currently working in the front office of the Pittsburgh Pirates. He managed the Boston Red Sox from 2002 to 2003 and the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2006 to 2007.
