Rajasthan Foundation is an Indian government organization in Rajasthan, which was founded in 2001. [1] It is registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is a part of the Industries Department. The main objective of the foundation is to promote the interests and concerns of Non-resident Rajasthanis (NRRs) settled in India and abroad and to strengthen relationships between the people of Rajasthan and NRRs for mutual benefit. The Rajasthan Foundation was established in 2001 as part of the Industries Department. Its formation was an initiative of the Rajasthan government to promote the interests of Non-resident Rajasthanis and to create a platform for continuous interaction between the state and its diaspora. [4]

Rajasthan Foundation is headed by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, who serves as its chairman. The foundation is overseen by a governing body that has general superintendence, directions, and control of its affairs. The Commissioner of the Rajasthan Foundation serves as the Member Secretary of the organization. The Member Secretary is the chief executive officer of the Foundation and is responsible for executing its functions in accordance with the broad policy and guidelines established by the Governing Body. Dheeraj Srivastava served as the current chairperson of the foundation. [6]

Behror is a city in the Kotpulti-Behror district of Rajasthan of the Jaipur division. It serves as the administrative headquarters of the eponymous Behror Tehsil and shares headquarters for Kotputli-Behror district with Kotputli. It is equidistant from both sate capital Jaipur and national capital New Delhi. Located 120 km south-west of New Delhi and as a part of National Capital Region, it is regulated under National Capital Region Planning Board which is a federal authority for urban planning purposes in NCR. The Rajasthan Film Festival Award ceremony is a set of awards presented annually to honour both artistic and technical excellence of artistes in Rajasthani cinema as well as in other Regional Cinema of India. The awards were instituted in 2013. The 11th award ceremony was held on 30th September 2023 at Deep Smriti Auditorium. Aftab Shivdasani and Neha Dhupia did the hosting at the award night and Lifetime Achievement Awardwas given to the Bollywood actor Gulshan Grover. Bollywood Actor Govinda attended the festival as the chief guest.

Suryamal Mishran Shikhar Award is a literary honour granted by the Rajasthani Bhasha Sahitya and Sanskriti Akademi for special contribution to Rajasthani literature. It was established in the memory of the 19th century poet-historian Suryamal Misran.

Kotputli-Behror is a district in the state of Rajasthan. This district was carved out from erstwhile Jaipur district and Alwar district and was formally established on 7 August 2023. It is located in north-eastern part of Rajasthan. The districts is surrounded on three sides with Aravali Ranges with Sabi river flowing through it. It comprises Tehsils of Kotpulti, Behror, Neemrana, Bansur, Mandhan, Paota, Viratnagar and Narayanpur. District headquarters are jointly located at Behror and Kotputli. Piyadasi as name of Emperor Ashoka was found out form the Bhabru rock edicts found in the district. A major part of the district comprising Tehsils of Behror, Neemrana, Bansur, Mandhan and is referred to as Rath Region though Mundawar tehsil of Rath region was made part of separate district of Khairthal.

Cheetah Mehrat is an ethnic group in the state of Rajasthan, India. They are spread across Ajmer, Bhilwara, Pali, and Rajsamand districts of Rajasthan. The estimated population of Cheetah Mehrat is approximately one million people. The community is known for its harmonious coexistence between Hindus and Muslims. They practise both religions. Cheetah Mehrat is classified as an Other Backward Class.
