Rajendra Singh Bidhuri (born 14 May 1961) is a former Member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and a member of the Indian National Congress (INC). [2] He is former Member of Legislative Assembly representing Begun (Vidhan Sabha constituency) 2018 - 2023. He also served as a Parliamentary secretary during 2008-12 in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and In an unexpected move,resigned from parliamentary secretary post in 2012 to press the government to meet the Gurjar agitation demand for 5% quota in jobs and educational institutes. Although India is a parliamentary democracy,the country's politics has become dynastic or with high level of nepotism,possibly due to the absence of party organizations,independent civil-society associations which mobilize support for a party,or centralized financing of elections. The dynastic phenomenon is present at the national,state,regional,and district level.
