On 28 November 2015,Todsam was arrested for abusing and assaulting an employee of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited in 2013. [1] [2]
On 25 October 2024,Todsam came back to his own Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) where he was three years ago. [3]
On 28 October 2024,Todsam got ticket offered from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Arni-Kelapur Assembly Constituency &he won the seat by a margin of 29,313 votes against Congress candidate Jitendra Moghe who is the son of former minister Shivajirao Moghe.
